As a mobile consultant with us in Västerås, you will be employed by Effektiv and work at our clients within a radius of 75 kilometers. You are an important representative and ambassador for us and contribute to ensuring that our assignments are delivered with high quality every day.

In the role of a mobile consultant, you will work at our clients where the need exists. The tasks vary, and you may work as:

· Warehouse worker

· Forklift driver

· Tire changer

· Assembler

· Production worker or similar

The work may involve picking and packing, inbound and outbound deliveries, forklift driving (A and B), assembly, tire changing during the season, and other tasks within warehousing and production.

Working hours are scheduled for daytime and two shifts, which means you need to be flexible and able to work both setups depending on the assignment.

You will work within a mobile area of up to 75 kilometers from Västerås, which means a B driver's license is required.

This is a role for you who enjoys variety, new environments, and quickly adapting to new tasks. One week you may be driving a forklift, and the next week you are in production or helping with tire changes. In short, you enjoy being where the action is.

To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in yourself and thrive in a daily routine that does not always look the same. You are unpretentious, positive, and willing to work hard, and you pitch in wherever needed.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has a B driver's license

· Has forklift licenses A and B

· Can work both daytime and two shifts

· Is prepared to work within a radius of 75 kilometers

· Has previous experience as a warehouse worker, production worker, tire changer, assembler, or similar

Personality-wise, you are flexible, loyal, and social. You find it easy to collaborate with others but can also work independently when required. You quickly integrate into new groups and new tasks without needing a long ramp-up time.
